Last year, the Citizen’s Advice Bureau opened a new office at 31-33 Pennywell Road, which was quickly busy in providing advice to local people on a range of issues.

Due to the Covid 19 crisis, the office isn’t open to visitors, but it is very much open for phone inquiries most weekdays from 9.30am.

The telephone advice service number is 0131 510 5510. You can also get advice via the website here – https://www.citizensadviceedinburgh.org.uk

Citizens Advice Scotland has been providing assistance to EU nationals with settlement issues and it also has a lot of advice and information on Covid 19 in relation to health, mental health, food deliveries, school closures, employment, fraud and scams and money, benefits and council tax.
