Scottish Unionist MPs Don’t Turn Up At Scottish Affairs Committee

Westminster’s Scottish Affairs Committee was in special session in Kirkcaldy this week, taking evidence from Scottish-based organisations affected by the negative effect of Brexit on immigration.

Only SNP MPs on the committee turned up. All four Conservative MPs, three Labour MPs and the committee’s solitary Lib Dem MP had better things to do, it seemed, than hear from Scotland’s businesses about their fears about Brexit.
